Cheerful Service in Action

Service is at the heart of the Order of the Arrow. At NOAC 2027, participants will have the opportunity to put the principles of Brotherhood,Cheerfulness, and Service into action through meaningful projects that benefit communities beyond the conference itself.

Service at NOAC is more than a scheduled activity-it's a chance to work alongside fellow Arrowmen from across the country to make a tangible difference while demonstrating the values that unite our organization.

Service at Scale

NOAC 2027 will feature a variety of service opportunities designed to engage thousands of participants in meaningful, hands-on projects. Whether assembling community resources, supporting charitable organizations, or participating in other large-scale initiatives, every project is designed to leave a lasting impact while giving participants the opportunity to experience the power of serving together.

By combining thousands of individual acts of service, NOAC participants will accomplish farmore than any one person or lodge could achieve alone.

More Than a Project

The purpose of service at NOAC extends beyond what is built or assembled.

Working together teaches leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. It creates new friendships, strengthens existing ones, and reminds us that leadership is rooted in serving others.

Participants return home not only with memories of what they accomplished, but with renewed inspiration to bring that same spirit of cheerful service back to their lodges and communities.

Every Arrowmen Can Participate

Service opportunities are designed so participants of all backgrounds and abilities can contribute in meaningful ways.

Whether this is your first NOAC or your fifth, every Arrowman has the opportunity to make a difference.

Join thousands of fellow Arrowmen as we demonstrate that service remains one of the defining characteristics of the Order of the Arrow.
