What is NOAC?

NOAC is the national conference of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting America's National Honor Society. Held every two or three years on a major university campus, the conference brings together thousands of youth and adult leaders for six days of learning, friendship, and shared experiences.

Throughout the week, participants explore a wide variety of activities designed to inspire personal growth and strengthen their ability to serve their lodges and communities. From leadership development and hands-on learning to outdoor adventure, service projects, arena shows, competitions, patch trading, and fellowship, every day offers new opportunities to connect with others and discover something new.
